Before commencing your scuba dive, the qualified and experienced instructor will give you a practical briefing – this will explain what to expect, your equipment and how it works and about what you will see and do. Our Wings dive instructors will give you personalized tuition, ensuring you're confident with the basic skills and commands.

We offer easy beach entries for introductory divers, one of the few places to offer this type of entry. The instructors will show you the 4 basic steps to scuba dive, which you will then start to practice whilst standing in the shallow water... once you have mastered this you will then practice them whilst kneeling under water once you have the confidence to move to the next step we will take you into the underwater world of the Great Barrier Reef.

Once your comfortable in your new underwater environment, you will discover a new world of massive coral structures and stunning coral bommeys. Swim with turtles, huge gropers and play amongst schools of tropical fish, be amazed by the bright and vivid colours.

If you would like to experience the thrill of scuba diving, diving can be decided onboard at each dive site. You can dive as you please or choose a package. For the keen diver we offer unlimited dive packages. All training, equipment and guiding is included in the dive prices.

It is a legal and safety requirement that all guests are physically fit prior to diving. If you are suffering from any medical conditions or are taking medication you may be required to see a doctor and bring a written doctors certificate with you.
